Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

HASHTAG BASIC: Pumpkin pie smoothie

Ingredients

3/4 cup milk of choice

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (optional)

2 tablespoons greek yogurt

1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

1 1/2 teaspoons honey

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

handful of ice cubes

Directions

  1. Add milk, protein powder, yogurt, pumpkin puree, honey pumpkin pie spice and ice cubes into a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth and the ice is broken down

  2. Pour smoothie into a tall glass and enjoy!
